I found a lovely pattern over at Ravelry for this Star Wars “The Force Awakens” hat. I’ve not knitted in years, these days favouring my crochet! But I thought I would give it a go and make one for my Dad for Christmas… and of course, one for myself! Dad got a green one (not pictured) and I made myself a purple one.
I had also never knitted using circular needles, nor done any complex colour work before, so the entire thing was a bit of an experiment. Overall, I’m really pleased with the outcome. The pattern is free on Ravelry, so I’d recommend having a go for yourself!
