A good crime series. I like Jack.
J.A. Konrath has continued the Jack Daniels series with another gripping serial killer plot. Mixed with some significant development in her personal life, an ailing mother, and a new scrappy pet cat, there’s certainly a lot going on in this novel.
Konrath doesn’t skimp on the detail when describing the crimes, and the carefully placed discarded body parts! The perpetrator is clever enough to keep the story interesting, and the threat level high. Jack has to look out for herself, and her family when this killer comes calling.
