Designed for you to dip in and out of, as you require some inspiration or relief. Full of helpful tips for daily life, and how to take a pause from time to time and recognise where you are, and what you’re doing. There are some simple exercises to help focus your thoughts on things that you’re grateful for in your life, even if they’re the little things, people, or experiences. It’s all important.
Beautifully presented with photographs and illustrations throughout. Certainly a coffee table book that should always be in view so that it can be flipped through regularly.
